Q. What kinds of products can we offer with GearSync?

A. T-shirts, Hoodies, Hats, Crews, Polo's, Beanies, Tumblers ..... you name it we can put your logo on it and put it in your store.

Q. Do I have to pick out all the items in my store?

A. You can pick your items, or our team can pick the items and colors based on your logo and specific needs.

Q. Can I place bulk orders?

A. Absolutely! There is no minimum or maximum for orders. Prices get cheaper as you buy more. Talk to your rep for a itemized quote.

Q. What are the washing and care instructions?

A. We typically recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water. You may see a box around your design when you receive your garment, this will disappear once it has been washed.

Q. When will I receive my items?

A. Once your order is placed, it will be printed and shipped directly to you within 5-7 business days.

Q. How do payouts work on long term stores that generate revenue?

A. If you have a long term retail store we will issue you a direct deposit on the 1st of each month. Our group access portal lets you keep track of your sales in real-time. Your GearSync rep will assist with payouts, and any questions you may have.

Q. How do payouts work on t-shirt fundraisers and retail stores?

A. We will issue you a direct deposit within 1 business day upon your stores closing. Our group access portal lets you keep track of your sales in real-time. Your GearSync rep will assist with payouts, and any questions you may have.
